Little better than I remember it last, still very strong but seemed to be pretty well balanced with flavors of chocolate and coffee

'19 bottled, would be keen to try fresh. Lots of coffee, and heaps of chocolate. Maybe I hyped this beer in my head too much, but it didn't live up to expectations

Lci G donkere mout, chocolade, wat koffie, iets zoetig. S zoet, donkere mout wat gebrand, koffie, pure chocolade, wat kruiden, volmondig, caramel, vanille, alcohol.

Beetje vlak gezien alle claims die gemaakt worden. Maar ondanks het hoge alcohol gehalte niet alcoholisch dus drinkt makkelijk weg.

2018 release. boozy, malty, rich chocolate notes. Still good after 3 years.

Black and not much head. Creamy bourbon aroma. Shockingly great taste. Sweet molasses and mocha. Then the oaky barrel. Then big hit of chocolate. Bourbon takes over in the last act supported by some smoky wood. Creamy warm feel. Superb.

Very complex beer. Got all the flavors, coffee, cinnamon, vanilla, and chocolate but the cinnamon was the leader of the pack. Could have done with a touch more vanilla sweetness to cut the booziness and spice of the cinnamon.

So smooth, so heavy and thick. It's got a nice bourbon nose, then vanilla and slightly chocolate flavor. For such a dark thick one, it's amazingly even throughout. Delicious.

Нереально насыщенное, плотное, крепкое пиво. Для меня открытие. Узнал что из себя представляет Russian Imperial Stout без сладости. Мощный, долгоиграющий вкус, сухость. Много кофе

BM - 2009ish, always a solid beer but it doesn't taste like this did. It truly was ambrosia of the gods back in the day

Delicious. Dark but not burnt, bourbon but not overly boozy.

Circa 2019. Coffee forward, bitter finish. Chocolate has subsided.
