KBS

Stout - Imperial / Double Coffee

This beer taught us that patience truly is a virtue. KBS is a big imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolate and then bourbon barrel-aged to perfection. Incredibly silky and full-bodied with notes of vanilla, cocoa, roasted coffee and charred oak.

Specially now that temperature’s rising, the draft’s freshness is more than welcome! First time trying draft for this one.

Coffee & bourbon barrel come through splendidly. Yessiree, this one is a must-try for any self-described dark beer fanatic!

Clássico é clássico... Espuma alta, corpo levemente baixo, chocolate, café expresso e Bourbon do carvalho em sintonia característica e perfeita... Sem nhê-nhê-nhê...

Bottled date 10/31/22 - Its been a long time since I checked in a plain-old regular KBS that hasn’t even been aged for six months. Very good coffee, chocolate, some vanilla, and roast. Still a top-notch beer.

Dark and not crazy sweet, thank you! Chocolate Girard but there was a distinct cinnamon on this one. Really good.

Super silky and smooth. Coffee in all its glorious bitterness at the front. As it warms, you get more chocolate and some vanilla. Also, doesn’t taste as boozy as I expected, but I know it’s there. Kentucky breakfast? A Bluegrass lunch must be a doozy
