Aroma has notes of mocha/vanilla/bourbon that are nicely blended together. Bittersweet dark chocolate and coffee hit the palate first, then oaky vanilla and booze.

An almost Pilsner-clean nose contrasting an opaque black-brown body and equal head. Wet and almost no carb texture. Dark chocolate and light roast coffee notes come in the taste. Thin body overall.

Gillar man imp stout så gillar man denna. Det finns så mycket att tycka om o väldigt lite negativt att anmärka. Komplexa men framförallt tydliga o kraftfulla smaker av kaffe, mörk choklad, soja, bourbonfat o vanilj. Väl balanserat i en fyllig o mjuk kropp

Big chocolate/dark cherry smell. 12% might be the noisiest brew I’ve had. Smooth, bitterness is masked by a dark chocolate. Shits a meal for sure. Not my style but glad to try.

Nothing happened in the bottle over 3 years that would shock you. The barrel is still prominent with the wood and bourbon flavor. The burn from that bourbon did not drop off. Kind of syrupy but still a respectable brew.

Well needed break from work. Nice subtle sweetness with light alcohol finish.

Not bad, not great. Kinda thin and really pronounced coffee. I miss pre-2018 KBS.
