Fin stout med lett whiskey preg. På den tørre siden med kaffe og litt mokka. Mangler litt fylde for å nå helt opp.

Ook bij dit bier gebrande mout en koffie/chocolade tonen maar ook een flinke vanille toets die afkomstig is van het eikenhouten Bourbonvat waar deze Stout op heeft gelegen. Ook kent dit bier in geur en smaak een licht rokerige nuance.

Sheeesh. That's strong. Good, but egad.... that's a one and done sorta thing. I thing the bourbon barrel still had quite a bit of bourbon left in it.

An amazing beer. Creamy, chocolatey, smooth, coffee, with bourbon notes. It hides the 12% well. Very expensive as it should be. Shared with the GF on a special occasion.
