Pure ash & bitter, burnt stout malt. Burnt toast, burnt cocoa, burnt coffee, burnt cigarettes. All the burning.

I rarely drink Porters at this stage of my craft beer journey. At $1.99/bottle -- this beer made sense to revisit. All these ratings are virtually meaningless. I could give it a bump, but I'll obey rational thought and keep it the same.

Very good porter before the pats games, better than others, not as dark

Not good. Not sweet at all. Was overly bitter and pretty thin tasting. "Coffee notes", I guess but not enough to save it. I have a soft spot for 6.5% beers, which was its only salvation.

Beerwulf adventskalender dag 15 Tja...smaken veranderen blijkbaar nogal. Ik stoor me nu vooral aan de rooksmaak. Grappig eigenlijk.

Not as rich with chocolate and graham cracker notes. More coffee and caramel. Smooth taste

It tastes like a liquored up coffee with a little carbonation. It's not really much of a beer. On my 4th one out of the 6 pack over the week. And it has a watery taste. Sort of weak. 🤷🏿♂️
