It is malty, semi-sweet, and the bourbon is noticeable in a great way too. A heck of a beer.

3 years since I last had this, and then, it had sat in the cellar for a few years. This one is fresh. 12.10.21, I’m putting the rest in the cellar with the rest of the bottle conditioned stuff. This still makes beer happiness in me.

Notes de fumées, de caramel sucré sur quelque pointes de scotch. Finale vanillée et chaude. WoW !

amazing flavor...and gets better and better as it warms toward the bottom of the glass.. so good!
