On the dark side for a few. This is another solid Founders offering. Scotch ales are always a safe bet, at least in my book.

В запахе - бурбонная бочка с древесными тонами, горький шоколад (запах долго не продержался и после налива пропал). Вкус - на глотке небольшая пустота, затем бурбон, отдающийся легкой ликерной алкогольностью, после горький шоколад с остатками от бочки

Thinner but not less complex because of it. Kind of amber. But Smokey and deep. Could be a bit more creamy.

Super peaty/smokey with good amount of oak and a little vanilla and tobacco. Smooth and deceiving for 11%, but also seems a little thin.

If Founder’s Dirty Bastard is the benchmark of Scotch ales (it is), this is what happens when you turn it to 11. The best Scotch Ale you can find without hunting high and low.

Definitely a slow-sipper. First impression is "very sweet"! After-taste is more complex, malty, bourbony... I think the taste description on the bottle is v accurate!
