From a bottle produced in 2017. Nearly black with an inch of tan colored head. Smells of bourbon and raisins. Medium body. Roasted malt, raisin, and whiskey flavors. A little sweet but less than other scotch ales. Great, complex flavor. Thanks Obed.

Bottled 2021. Really nice strong and deep flavors with bourbon barrels but after taste vanishes really quickly.

Very good flavors.. Caramel, toffee, malty sweetness with a touch of bourbon and barrel.. I was actually surprised by this one.. very drinkable.. not boozy at all.. only know really is the body.. pretty thin

Lasting boozy finish with a respectable amount of forward sweetness. A big beer with which to close out the night
