Cuvée Saint-Gilloise (Champions) Smith

A nice departure from the tart weirdness. This one has a super tasty hop flavour, with some mild grassy notes and hunts of citrus.

Sang Bleu (2023) Smith

Another awesome lambic from Cantillon, this time with a bit stronger tartness on the finish.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2019-2020) Smith

Subtle tartness and a great fruity flavour make for a fantastic beer. Thanks to Josh for bringing this one all the way from Belgium!

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019) Smith

Hard swing back toward the bourbon, and a strong coffee flavour, but I'm not mad at it.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) Smith

A bit more coffee and chocolate than the 2017, a bit less bourbon. Somehow feels thicker on the palate.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2017) Smith

Why not a coffee stout vertical at 9pm? 😑 This one is super tasty though. The coffee is pretty subdued but the bourbon really jumps out at you with a chocolatey roastiness. Served too cold but it blooms nicely after warming up a bit.

Zwanze 2022 - Poivre de Gorilles Smith

Insanely peppery, but in a good way. Complements the slight tartness really well. Glad I got to try a super rare beer like this one.

Underground Mountain Brown Smith

2019 vintage, and this one has held up super nicely! Coffee flavour is smooth and roasty, not bitter at all. Dangerously easy to drink.

Backwoods Bastard Smith

Lasting boozy finish with a respectable amount of forward sweetness. A big beer with which to close out the night

World Wide Stout (2009) Smith

Starting big with BellinghamBeerOtter with this one. Still sort of syrupy, with a bit of a maple thing going on. The bitterness has subsided a bit, but the roasty malt flavour lasts and lasts. Glad I have some others to share this with, at 15%.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Smith

Nitro pour makes it really interesting. The coffee and maple really pop nicely.
