Cerveza rubia con aroma y sabor lupuloso, floral, suave.

Espuma de poco aguante, pero se mantiene una capa finita. Aroma y sabor herbales. De amargor medio bajo. Sería como un 2° escalón dentro de las ipas. Me ha gustado, bastante curiosa.

Pale golden hue with not much aroma. In mouth is light and thin. Very balanced as the sweetness from the malt is always in check by the subtle but omnipresent Mosaic profile (floral with hints of citrus and tropical) until a nice bitter aftertaste…

Bottiglia acquistata mesi fa per un esperimento e poi dimenticata. Naso spento, leggero pompelmo e poco altro. In bocca la componente maltata è interessante, con un bel cereale. Corpo leggero.

Well done! Nur Mosaic-Hopfen und nur Golden-Promise-Malz genutzt, weniger ist manchmal doch mehr. Frisch, nicht zu aufdringlich bitter, definitiv mit Noten von Ananas und Mango.
