Not quite as rich as Blushing Monk, but delightful none the less. A light, sweet, tart beer, without being too much in any of those categories. Earned after a morning spent being productive.

Might be the smoothest beer I’ve had since first tasting a Boddington’s. That creamy Nitro head really slaps, and it’s so easy downing this mellow berry flavor. A+

So glad I found founders again. The rubaeus is next level good. It's less ale-like and more fruity that the McMennamins Ruby. I'm still trying to decide if I like that more or less.

Raspberry and sweetness. Lighter on the tartness. Very crushable. Long and sweet finish
