Great watermelon flavor and perfect salinity. This one is tough some people might not like it cuz watermelon is always sweet but with the sour it takes a second to appreciate it. Great gose.

Sweet/tart watermelon hard candy, a hint of yeast, melon rind, sea salt, berry brine. Plenty of melon. Quite refreshing

A salty and sweet nose on this one. Uo front is a spike of tart. However middle is watermelon and salt but very good. Back end is a little sweet but crisp. May be my favorite gose and top 3 sour. Would have a ton. Balanced and great.
