KBS Spicy Chocolate (2023) McRobespierre
Delicious but it’s way more chocolate focused than spicy. Almost no chili flavor at all but the chocolate is fantastic 🍻🍫

120 Minute IPA (2021) McRobespierre
I’ve had this beer fairly fresh, and I’ve had it slightly “aged”… and for me I def appreciate it more fresh. It really gets boozier and more bitter when it sits for awhile. Weed was more of a nice addition rather than necessary to get through it

One of the best red IPA’s I’ve ever had. There’s perhaps one that i liked better, but only marginally, and the high abv, barrel aged aspect of this beer makes it pretty unique to me

Pretty sure I’ve never had anything with as high an ibu as this beer has. But it’s not undrinkable, in fact it’s not as bitter as many others I’ve had with much lower levels. Doesn’t taste super fresh, but still pretty good

First it’s very boozy, but then it’s fruity and an almost coconut flavor. Big fan… somehow it’s the 2022 edition? I’m already in the future apparently??

This one is bottled in 2021 but i don’t think it’s specifically the 2021 version. Anyways, it’sa nice Scottish beer 🍻
