The maple syrup sweetness is spot on, serving as the perfect counterbalance to the roasty coffee and bitter chocolate. Quite smooth with mild bourbon notes, like the oh so pleasant sax melodies of one Kenny G.

2019 vintage from the cellar. Still holds onto the chocolate, coffee, maple, and bourbon notes. Very smooth.

2019 ver, aged 5yr. Suprising still SOLID! A Thick mouthfeel with a Chocolate & coffee forward flavor with an almost grahm finish. Srill SO good. :)

This is like drinking liquid velvet in terms of how smooth it is. But it’s also so nicely balanced with maple forward, a tiny bit of dark chocolate tang and espresso roasty notes. Love this. Gimme more.

Fantastic drinking. Intense chocolate and coffee taste and adequate syrup sweetness. The bourbon barrel aging rounds off the taste and body well.

Very strong and sweet. Definitely taste the maple syrup. Not bad, but too sweet for me.
