Aged at LEAST 5 yrs.. this is an Interesting one. BIG fruity Chocolate naose, but the Flavor has that tang of the berries, Like a literal chocolate covered fruit. The rest of the flavors end smooth.

Aged 3yrs. Still VERY good. Getting a little dryer on the finish,but losts of coco and chocolate notes still holding.

2019 ver, aged 5yr. Suprising still SOLID! A Thick mouthfeel with a Chocolate & coffee forward flavor with an almost grahm finish. Srill SO good. :)

Beautifully Dark with a big coffee nose. Right up front is that big coffee flavor with a subtle baking chocolate support. There is a bit of a coffee bitterness on the finish just to keep in theme.

2019 aged 4 yrs.. Still Good!! Almost even more Chocolatey then before. The nose has a nice maple hint.

2023.. so aged 4 years. I think it is a bit oxidized.. the lime is not freah.. perhas if i put it in a salt rim?? Still smooth & the tequila is not overpowering.

This is rediculous good. Thick but SMOOTH. Vanilla for days, Then a robust chocolate depth that is not overly sweet. Not detecting any maple.. but if it is the foil to the sweetness it is perfectly done.

SO SMOOTH. Great coffee nose & the vanilla REALLY calms that typical barrel aged bite. No way this drinks like 11%. Creamy & thick desert beer that is worth the calories.
