Cold, there’s lots of coffee in this bottle, overwhelming the maple syrup. As the beer warms up, the maple syrup starts to come through, adding some sweetness to balance out the bitterness of the coffee.

Nez grain de café, grué de cacao et fût. En bouche liquoreuse, torréfaction, sirop d'érable. Saveur complexe avec très longue tenue en bouche. On a le café/cacao, puis le sirop, puis le fût. Un délice !
