This beer is now nearly 4 years old and flavors of dark fruit and molasses are prominent. Still delicious and very nicely blended.

A bottle from my dwindling Founders storage (the bottles are harder to find now in the cold north). Bottled 11/5, 2019 the sharpness of 10,5% is totally gone. Caramel, a hint of chocolate and a lovley aroma. Thinner body now, but still a pleasure to sip.

We got it with a pump of pumpkin. Oddly it had no foam or head. It tasted like licorice and whiskey with undertones of pepper.

One of my favorite beers from the past. Think it's a 2018? Would still drink this if it were around.

It's strong, it's okay but I prefer the sweet stuff.
