My very last can of Red’s Rye. I just found it against the back wall of my fridge. It still tastes great all these months later.

Earthy and robust, with strong bitter notes and a nutty aftertaste. Long hop bitterness finish.

Wow. It’s a slightly bitter IPA with a beautiful rye malt backbone. It is really crisp and very smooth. Best Rye IPA Auvergne had do far.

Malty and smooth with a nice rye bite and lots of grapefruit flavor from the Amarillo hops.

Good balance of bitter and hoppy. Not at rye-y as some IPAs.
