Outstanding! Rich, decadent, awesome. Chocolate, coffee, maple syrup, and bourbon barrel. Subtle notes of vanilla and oak. Less sweet than the previous version, which makes it near perfect. I’m glad they brought this one back!

This is the best vintage of this beer ever. I find it hilarious that Founders said “the 2019 fall release of CBS (Canadian Breakfast Stout) will be it's last. ”. In other words…this is the best beer we ever made but we are not going to make it again.

It's been a while, but like I remember, this is damn good! Chocolate and coffee are pronounced with a bit of maple flavor! Not overly sweet and delicious!
