POV: You're at the bar. You're parched. The pinga is kicking in. You want a beer but you know it's too late for bitter . Bitter was 30 minutes ago. Riding atop the back of the Green Zebra you mount a perfectly sweet cocktail of a beer. Gurn on sweety.

Beer #4 Watermelon Gose. This would be a great summer beer. Sweet with a touch of salt. Loving the variety of flavors and styles with these advent beers

Definitely a seasonal beer but when the sun is shining you better know I have a green zebra in hand. Such a smooth taste that always finishes with a mouth watering sour slap.

Watermelon but it's got the sour and tart flavors of a Gose. Reminds me of those mexican watermelon candies covered with Lucas powder. A curve ball for sure but smooth and delicious.

Absolutely phenomenal on a warm Melbourne afternoon. Watermelon is prominent and adds a distinct juiciness and slight sweetness which is balanced out by the slightly tart and slightly tangy note to it. The salt comes through subtly but discernibly.
