IPA - Triple New England / Hazy

We turn 5 years old in 2020 and to celebrate We decided to brew a silly monster of a Triple IPA. Hej 5 has been dry-hopped no less than 5 times with 5 hops; Citra, Rakau, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Idaho 7. Hej 5 Is large, lush and bursting with jubilant tropical flavours. Thank you for the first 5 years and here’s to many more!

This is a monster and definitely a sipper. Lots of tropical flavors, biscuity malts and woody undertones. Reminds me of Ololeo and a couple of other Scandinavian beers. It’s definitely on the sweeter side but so, so complex. Highly enjoyable!

Brutal. De esas cervezas que sólo abrir la lata te inunda el lupulazo. 5 DH diferentes y el Citra no destaca, por suerte. Fruta dulce y puntillo de resina. En boca se suaviza por la malta y los 10° no se notan. Un peligro. Gracias JC L. por el consejo🍻🍻
