IPA - Triple New England / Hazy

We turn 5 years old in 2020 and to celebrate We decided to brew a silly monster of a Triple IPA. Hej 5 has been dry-hopped no less than 5 times with 5 hops; Citra, Rakau, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Idaho 7. Hej 5 Is large, lush and bursting with jubilant tropical flavours. Thank you for the first 5 years and here’s to many more!

5 Jahre Dry&Bitter Brewing. Unfassbare Fruchtbombe durch die 5-malige Kalthopfung. Vollmundig, cremig bis zur fast schon herben Hopfenbittere. Das alles bei 10% vol. Da kann man ruhig mal klatschen.

Super dikke, sappige, tropische, medium hoppige, vol troebele, alcoholische en bijna romige fruitpunch. Perzik, abrikoos, sinaasappel, pomelo, licht harsig. Mooie balans tussen bitter en zacht zoet, zoals het hoort. Heerlijk.
