IPA - Triple New England / Hazy

We turn 5 years old in 2020 and to celebrate We decided to brew a silly monster of a Triple IPA. Hej 5 has been dry-hopped no less than 5 times with 5 hops; Citra, Rakau, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Idaho 7. Hej 5 Is large, lush and bursting with jubilant tropical flavours. Thank you for the first 5 years and here’s to many more!

D&B have never blown me away, but a mad 'birthday' brew is always worth a punt. Low aroma, considering the can boasts of quintuple dry-hopping. Thankfully it's all gone into the flavour, leaving an intensely hopped TIPA. 2 months old and still a beast.

Danish TIPAs. This one is weird. Smells like fresh malt being mashed. The hops are rather discreet, dank, mint, grassy & piney. A soft astringency that makes the beer feels dry. A very different take but I like it too
