My first beer from To Øl, by dry and bitter brewing co. Nice taste, pineapple hints over grapefruit and simcoe very present. Good start.

Bittersüß in der Nase, honigfarben im Glas, Zitrus- und Holznoten am Gaumen, im Abgang erst südlich, am Ende wieder leicht bitter 🍻

From the tool club. On the malt, caramel base. bitter and hoppy. Light flavors of citrus, and exotic fruits.

Alors oui, on a tout les marqueurs de la West coast... C'est huileux, clean, fruits confits, résine et une bonne amertume, bref c'est bien fait et j'adore ce style. Mais là, je m'ennuie un peu, c'est trop propre...
