This IPA is part 1 of the Winter Skies series, celebrating the asterisms of the winter season. A double dry-hop of Galaxy, Idaho 7 and Mosaic gives you a dank IPA with hints of nectarine, wild blueberries and lychee. Try to find the three stars that form the winter triangle while the tropical taste lifts you up.

Bei „Dry & Bitter“ bin ich mittlerweile extrem gehyped. Optisch ist das schon wieder ein Haze-Monster und auch ansonsten weiß diese DDH IPA zu überzeugen. Cremiges Mouthfeel gepaart mit saftiger Grapefruit und ein schönen Stopfhopfen-Aroma!!! 🤪

candy-like berries and nectarine together with some resin and sweet grapefruit notes. The finish and aftertaste is really interesting with a unique added note (mix of herbal and sweet) that I can’t place and a moderate bitterness. Well-balanced
