Juicy, mango, piney, papaya and pineapple. Very smooth, barely any hop burn.

Lots of tropical flavors like pineapple, apricot and citrus hit a smooth body with a nice floral, dry & bitter finish.

Je connais pas assez le Talus et le Strata, mais pour le coup ce cocktail me fait penser au Simcoe, entre fruits tropicaux et résine. Bien foutue, can fraîche ça fait plaisir.
