IPA - New England / Hazy

The Ampersand single-hop series is all about expression. We created a balanced, medium-body New England base to best let the hops shine. Each beer, and each hop, has a distinctive personality. Here a double-dry hop of Strata gives us dank, tropical notes of passionfruit and strawberry. Intense in aroma with a gentle spicy finish. Some malty citrus and other fruity flavours with peppery notes to it. A lot sweeter and less crisp than the Citra version and I definitely prefer that to this, but having said that this is quite drinkable too.
