Traverse the Polyverse

IPA - Imperial / Double New England / Hazy

This heightened double IPA pairs a rich oaty body with a heavy dry-hop of Idaho-7, El Dorado & Citra. The result is a tropical & hazy hop altar with notes of sweet pineapple, lychee & lime. Traverse the Polyverse is the 3rd and final beer in our double dry-hopped IPA series. Journey Into Space is a tri-fold exploratory trip into the hop heavens. Here we explore the possibilities of the new hops we have received from Crosby Hop Farm. The result is a trilogy of interstellar hoppy beers; a SIPA, an IPA and a DIPA. This series is focused on pairing a fresh batch of Idaho-7 with a tight selection of secondary hops, pushing ourselves into new and exciting territories.

Hoppy and dry with sweet tropical tones along being full and creamy, meanwhile somewhat boozy at the same time. Minor funkiness to the aroma and a small hop burn that arises in the aftertaste

Nicely hazy and ultimately fresh can again. This is tropical fruity but not as sweet as most other DDH DIPA's, the bitter(sweet) lime is clearly there all the way along to the finish. This excellent DIPA deserves a 4+ average rating if you'd ask me.

Tropical and lemony citrus fruits, with a creamy oat mouthfeel, and a spicy bitterness in the finish.
