Mörk malt med rostiga kaffetoner. Mörkrostat! Sen kommer ett batteri med torrhumling med fruktiga citrus-inslag. Kul med en "session black IPA" på "ynka" 5,5%. Jag börjar drömma om Stones self-righteous....

🇩🇰 Bien posé en terrasse chez Tom Beers après une bonne journée de taf et on commence avec une « Future Paradox » élaborée chez Dry & Bitter Brewing Company du côté de Gørløse en Region Hovedstaden au Danemark. Une bière de style Session Black IPA.

This is the 1st Black IPA I have really enjoyed. Perfectly sitting on the fence between the 2 styles.

I love BIPAs, especially if they taste like this. Toasted chocolate notes and a very hoppy fruity, floral character. And all that for just 5,5% abv.
