Jemně kyselé maliny a třešně na dřevě. Být kyselost o krapánek ostřejší, byla by to dokonalost.

Tart, bien sur le fruit et la barrique. Ça manque un peu de caractère et de complexité, mais c’est bon.

4.35. This is weird. I get this strong lambic taste at the beginning and then turns to this really pleasent sweetness and finishes off really well!

Fresh cherries and raspberries, some aceto, some funk, pretty sharp acidity (unless you pour in the sediment). Not as complex or mature as Hekseri was, still, a really good fruit Sour.
