Green fruit, some phenolic funk, dry but not bone dry - light round fruit sweetness and even some malt sugars - light nutty / seedy bitterness.

Bitter sweet cherries, toffee, vermouth, good bitterness and alcohol... So rich and smooth.

White cherry marmalade, vanilla cookies, peppery alcohol, pungent oakey bitterness, silky mouthfeel. So old, still has some hops left.

Thick tropical fruit juice, with sugared fruit sweetness, some weird metallic sewage note and a sharp citrus peel bitterness.

Luscious coffee caramel toffee candies, silky smooth... Unbearably sweet.

Gueuze 100% Lambic Bio (2020) N.

Raisins and white cherries, wet hazy and green fruit. Moderate sour with some nice white vinegar notes.

Sweet and sugary, overspiced

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio N.

Fruitier and smoother, also feels more bitter that the basic Gueuze. Being flat is also nice. Really good.

Citrus candies, coffee and chocolate icing, enough spicy hop. Nice and smooth and easy drinking. 3,8/5.

Alkymi N.

Fresh cherries and raspberries, some aceto, some funk, pretty sharp acidity (unless you pour in the sediment). Not as complex or mature as Hekseri was, still, a really good fruit Sour.
