Pours medium purple, nose is vineous with cherry, puckering sourness in the mouth, dry and fluffy, a bit lacking body and punch.

Good Sour, with a nice cherry flavor without it getting to much.

Højt potentiale. Frisk let syrlig bær, let funk, svag sødme. Til en flade side. Fad lagring giver lidt vådt, harsk træ smag. Mere funk, mere kulsyre og mindre vådt træ.

Den er altså spændende den her. Kirsebærsten og mandel både i smag og aroma. Dejlig tør uden at være helt udtørrende. Noget funk også og fin tilpas syrlighed der heller ik kammer over.
