Jeg kan mærke at jeg bliver gladere og gladere for sours. Denne øl vil nemt kunne erstatte champagnen til nytårsaften - ingen tvivl!

Medium fruity and horse blanket funkiness. Champagne like taste and carbonation. Moderate sweetness. M-H sourness just inside the pleasant border. Hint of acetic notes.

This beer is out of this world. Very very impressed. Immediately bought one for home. A keeper and one for the books for sure. Its like biting a nectarine for christ’s sake

Vraiment juste pour la lichette on met un commentaire. J’espère que tu te sens honorée 🙃. Cest un joli jus de fruit, sans une once de gazouillis. Cest frais, comme le jus de nectarine bien mûre qui coule le long du visage en plein été. Youpi!

Kapslen røg lidt af da den blev fragtet hjem efter en våd aften til ølfestival og derefter en tur på bodega. Derfor lidt flad i det her 5 dage efter. Men stadig fin smag og ikke for sur.

Good sour ale from Dry and Bitter, mildly acidic, with some light funky notes of wild fermentation and nice apricot and peach (nectarine?) touch. Bitter fruity finish.
