I’m a sucker for a good pun, so I had to get this. It’s definitely more ‘spiced’ and less sweet than the common Weissbier; the clove is front and center here, and that’s fine by me. It has a slight bitter tinge.

Fantastisk floral duft. En let, frisk og frugtig hefe; citrus, melon og banan. Maltet og sød eftersmag. En absolut fitnuftig weissbier.

Geel en troebel. Aroma met citrus. Zachte tarwesmaak met een gistige ondertoon. Wederom citrus. Afdronk vrij lang. Alc. 5,4%

Neus van bananen. Smaak ook. Klein zuurtje. Nasmaak blijft aardig hangen.

Classic wheat beer notes upfront, such as banana & clove. Also notes of orange & young pineapple develop. Could use a tad more of brioche aroma to complete the aroma profile. Semi smooth, nice linger on the palate.
