I was glad to share a growler with a friend who recently learned to appreciate hop bitterness. Not sure if this fits a typical WC, but loved the fruity, juicy taste and feel, the hoppy aroma, the pine and the bitterness growing towards the finish.

Meesterproef is ingeleverd mijn god. Fruitig maar ook een bittertje. Wel chill.

Idaho 7 en Motueka hop. Hoppig, citrus, lemon, piney. Medium bitter. Lekkere West Coast IPA.
