IPA - Sour

With Arrows of Neon we explore the intersection of hops and acid. It owes its silky body to a heavy dose of flaked oats in the mash, and a mid-fermentation dryhop blend of El Dorado, Citra & Strata lend aromas of strawberry cream and pineapple candy. After fermentation we toyed with the acidity of the beer to enhance the juiciness and provide a quick, tart finish.

LCI - From Yesterday. Self-identifies as a sour IPA, tweaking the beers acidity level to “enhance juiciness” & provide a tart finish with either calcium carbonate, or depending on how soft Milton, DE water is, phosphoric acid. Not all that sour to me…
