6.8% sour testing the intersection of hops and acid. Owes its silky body to a heavy dose of flaked oats in the mash, and a mid-fermentation dryhop blend of El Dorado, Citra & Strata lend aromas of strawberry cream and pineapple candy. This is a winner! 🔥

Light, grainy nose. Tight lemony zing up front, very light body, green hoppy finish.

Over carbonated and didn’t realize it was a sour ipa. Don’t walk but dash away from this one.
