Such a lovely beer. Malt notes of slight roast and caramel with a touch of sweetness. Subtle cedar like notes from the Palo Santo wood. Fuller mouthfeel without being syrupy and just enough piney bitterness on the finish.

Needs A little age 4/2020 to help the nose, but rich dark chocolate, coffee, very roasty, powdery, boozy, caramel, Wood is strong with this
