Mas Agave Prickly Pear (2021) Jaseph
A little less margarita than the citrus varieties, but still a great gateway gose iteration. Super refreshing, and surprisingly easy for almost 10%.

Curmudgeon’s Better Half (2018) Jaseph
Still get just a touch of bourbon and maple. A great barrel aged that has been cellaring.

Some of the flavors have separated so that it’s a touch thinner, but still a nice vestige of summers past.

Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee. Barleywine with a capital B. Sweet, toasty, dark, hops, full, malty, smooth. Great layers. The roastiness and the sweetness are perfectly, delicately balanced.

Not my favorite type, but this is almost a good middle road to my thinking.

Big but gentle. Smooth, soft, enough going on in the palate to be interesting but not overwhelming. Aromatic, hint of citrus and fruit, floral, with a mellow bitter finish. Worth the wait!

This *is* dessert in a glass: just right. Satiating, balanced, full, sweet, just like a well-apportioned cheesecake. Excellent. Not too much, not too little.

Sort of funky, diminishing as it breathes. Oaky and malty.
