Great tart raspberry! Has cellared extremely well. Perfect beer for a 64° day, pork chops on the pellet smoker, reverse sear on the gas grill.

Amazing as usual. More dark fruits and yeast spice after age. Still jammy. A bit of molasses like melanoidin notes too.

Sweet & tart heavy dose of raspberries with solid malt backbone. Slight sweet cherry skin vibe as well, probably from age.

This *is* dessert in a glass: just right. Satiating, balanced, full, sweet, just like a well-apportioned cheesecake. Excellent. Not too much, not too little.

I love this beer, it's great fresh or aged like this this was. Its like Rubaeus on steroids.

12.20.18. Sweet, raspberry nose. Sweet, berry flavor. Slight tart raspberry flavor. Nice Belgian yeast, floral notes. Great Belgian berry beer

Hazier and darker than the fresh one. Less tart, but a bit sweeter.

Side by side. 2018/2020. 2018 is definitely darker and more opaque. And it wins.

Surprisingly much better after a couple years aging. Not medicinal, more natural raspberry flavor.
