This beer is wearing off me with time. A malty sweet nose, huge on both accounts. The tongue brings on the assault of sweetness, overweening malts, and rough rough bitterness. More an out of control US barleywine than and IPA. But having it at the movies.

Clear hop aroma upon opening. Quite a dark beer yet smooth finish. Alcohol isn’t punchy despite being 9%. Not a ton of depth to flavor besides being strong and smooth

All over the map on DH90. Enjoying it more this time than my last check in, but it’s a step down from the Hexagenia I just had. A bit past dank to an ever so slight pungent aftertaste that isn’t flattering.

Omg, absolute heaven, best drink on Amtrak. Just a medley of flavor and really lively.

My wife liked this beer more than me and she's not a beer drinker! Great beer. For the style (9%) its surprisingly crisp. I know its an IPA but it's QUITE malty! Like SERIOUS malt with some banging hops. I pounded it easily.

A very uniquely flavored IPA with a slight syrupy porter hint, I like it!

A little hoppier and not as sweet as some other IIPAs. Good in its own way.
