Malty, orange, grapefruit, papaya, pineapple, pine, resinous. Outstanding! One of the best IPA's.

I must have had something odd on my palate the other day when I tried this beer. With a fresh pallet I tried it again tonight and was much more pleased. I can see why this is one of imperial IPAs that is considered to be a benchmark. We'll buy again!

Aged well. Rich. I had this aged for one year in a cool dark box. So smooth, almost barley wine style flavor. You must try this!

I checked this in before but the score doesn’t show. I thought about 4.5, but honesty, this is still a legit awesome IPA. My first sip in a while, and I was stoked. I’ve had lots of good micros lately and this still holds up

Medium, off-white head, clear, bubbly orange-gold, with heavy lacing. Nose- mild bread crust and hop oil. Taste- similar, with lots of bitterness and some sweetness. Heavy body. Oily mouthfeel. Drying finish. RJT

Rich with a bold smooth hop taste. A tiny bit of sweetness in the finish. This one has been a longtime favorite. 👍😎🍺 Hey it turns out this is my 500th ipa since on untapped- just over 5 years.

Ahhhh! Was in OH frig. since last summer. Seems to age very well.
