Today I discovered that “session sour” is not for me. That’s a Dogfish Blue Hen Pilsner in the glass that’s helping me to reset my taste buds.

Ordered this not realizing I had it before. It’s fine, I guess. Definitely sour and tart. But also…too wheaty?

Almost a gose. Pale, murky, good bubbles. Fresh lime nose. Fruity with lime peel and zest notes, tangerines and lemons. Sour and salty in a very positive way.

Made with lime juice, lime peels, and add more lime wedges! What's not to lime? Err I mean like!
