Bottled 8/30/2019, breaking my all-time vintage record. Still a beer unlike any other.

Happy New Year! This guy was Bottled on 3/16/17 and is the last of my stash beer. It has a little carbonation left. But mainly flat. Still carrying the heat however.

2017 vintage. Smells delightful. Aged well. Still pretty hot on the Alcohol taste. It’s what to drink when it’s -6 outside 😀

2015 vintage for 1/20. Toasty brown color with minimal head. Big raisin, caramel, and prunes aroma. Still good carbonation in the beer with medium body. Rich flavors of aged dark fruits like raisins, prune, fig, and dates plus some toasty char.
