Bottle says it was made in 2018 so this one is already 2 years old which makes it a little more syrupy and less bitter. Really good flavor and definitely worth having. Going to keep the other bottles to check in on the aging later on.

Maybe too much alcohol at 18%. Splurged on this one for New Years. Not bad, but made for sipping.

Bottled 7/2015 and aged perfectly to say 🍻to the future. Even though 2020 was crazy, when I look at life story, God’s a good author.

Sweet, but not too much. Hoppy but not piny, somehow not boozy despite the alcohol content

Forgot to check it in last night - my last beer of 2020. Gonna have to go buy a four pack to age. Delicious!

Excellent. I could chug this, but that’s not recommend. Lots of floral notes though.

First day of 2021..why not. Bottled in Sept 2019. That beer was bottled before my children were conceived and like most things in life, it got better with age.

Big strong boozy medium hop bitterness triple IPA with fruity piney resinous malty taste and aroma. Solid smoooooth easy sipping. Starting out big in 2021.

Extremely boozy and very strong...like a shot of whiskey. Bottle is from Oct 2019. No more than a few sips for me, but very well made.

Super boozy, strong hops, strongly bitter. Bourbon-like essences. Good stuff
