120 Minute IPA

IPA - Imperial / Double

The Holy Grail for hopheads! Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copius amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundently hoppy.

2016 vintage cellar aged. Definitely got more earthy, hops are more muted and malt heavy now

I really enjoyed this. Keep in mind that I am not a big IPA guy, so the sweetness didn't bother me. I don't know where the alcohol is hidden, but it's definitely in there!

Tastes less like an IPA and more like a sherry the longer it's aged. Pour slightly chilled and let it come to room temp. Drink savoringly to enjoy the complex flavors of malt, molasses, and hops that this beer punches your palate with.

Really good. Should be for the price. Other than the booziness just the right amount of everything IMO.

This is my 1 year old. The boozyness has subsided a touch. The hop flavors are disgusting. Next one is marked and dated for 11/2025. If I can last that long, lol

Big chewy hop bomb with plenty of boozy warmth. Nearly cloying like a hop liqueur that seems to combust with floral & distant pine caramel flavors. This is a mutant brew that challenges the standard hop expectations. Some menthol herbal edges too! 15.3%?
