Definitely an evening chill out ale. Distinct scotch malty aroma. Dark amber appearance. Be careful to just sip on this one.

This is my 1 year old. The boozyness has subsided a touch. The hop flavors are disgusting. Next one is marked and dated for 11/2025. If I can last that long, lol

OMG, all chocolate fudge. Coffee and BB come through on the end. This would be perfect for sipping around the camp fire

Malty sweetness takes over hoppy bitterness. Mouth feel is thick I'm sure because of the sweetness. But still a very easy brew

Chocolatey fudge seems more predominant now could be my covid taste buds getting in the way. Only a hint of coffee and barrel age. But I stand by my previous rating one of the best stouts I've ever had

Amber malt color is cool, hop bitters linger on the tongue, bubbly head falls fast. Still a very good brew.

English style ale (malt) and oak tank conditioning have taken over. Hopps are almost gone
