120 Minute IPA

IPA - Imperial / Double

The Holy Grail for hopheads! Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copius amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundently hoppy.

Tucking in after a super hectic weekend. Also raising a glass to the heroes in Colorado Springs and to the victims and their families. 🌈

Had a little sediment in this one, seemed to take it down a notch. Also had with supper so that might have had an effect too. Either way it is still great!

Doesn't matter who gets the best of who. Or who can hurt who the most, no. It never was meant for it to be that way. Never should be that way at all . . .

Fantastic. Part barley wine and part hop head. Like a fine port, great dessert.

Bottled on 7/30/2020. We got a sweet flavor with a hint of strong booze. But very approachable after two and a half years in the bottle.

This one’s interesting and certainly worth trying. Definitely would age well, but it’s just a beer, so I’m not waiting 5 years

Bottle ages since early 2014. Incredibly smooth. Notes of caramel. Hop character has levelled out extremely nicely.
