It's become a tradition. 120 on 1/20. This one's from 2014. Definitely becomes less boozy after aging a few years.

I aged this one for 2 years in my basement and It made it sweeter and deeper and more complex. Side note: I'm checking in this beer from last night, not having a beer at 9:00 in the morning.

Aged this specific one for about a year and a half. A lot less boozy than the first upon purchase. Smoother and balanced than at first. I’m sure the remaining two will be more so after aging for even longer

All I could really taste was the alcohol on this one With some mute malt sweetness. Think it was from 2019

2018 bottle aged 4 years. Very smooth and malty, rounded out over time. Delicious.

Cracked it. Purchased in June. They say it ages well.. I’d say it’s strong on the nose.. boozy

08/30/19 still a little boozy and sweet. Not as hot as the last time I had it on draft. It’s so cool to see how it changes over time. I’m looking forward to getting some fresh this year since it’s back in the rotation for DFH.
