120 Minute IPA

IPA - Imperial / Double

The Holy Grail for hopheads! Clocking in at 15-20% ABV, 120 Minute IPA is continuously hopped with a copius amount of high-alpha American hops throughout the boil and whirlpool, and then dry-hopped with another pallet of hops. Unfiltered and abundently hoppy.

Aged for a year. More Bitter than I remember but still a sipper for sure. Not the best aged, feel like it lost some flavor...

Bought this in Feb 2018. So, 3+ years of age. Says ages well... I agree with that. Little bit boozy yet, but very smooth for 17% ABV. Plus, I wanna win a couple of bikes! 😁

Tried again fresh. Strong, boozy, piney bitterness…and no longer my thing.

2017 vintage - basically just a hopped barleywine at this point. Date, raisin, caramel, brandy and booziness. Amazing.

Hello! That got my attention. Very much like a hoppy barley wine. If I keep typing, I’m going to slur my words.

Sweet, Boozy, bit malty, nice balance of hops at 9-10mo of aging.

It’s awesome. It rates lower because it’s common. A top of the class beer

Distinct beer #500!! I had to celebrate with a special beer I’ve had my eye on and it doesn’t disappoint. Very hoppy, nice mouthfeel, some sweetness, and balanced considering the ABV. Worth the price tag to try it once plus one is enough for the night.

Late check in. Not strong wifi there. Smells boozy, sweet and hoppy. Slight alcohol burn and it is boozy. Sweet, hoppy and strong.

Cloudy orange-honey. Big malty nose, booze, with some pine and subtle citrus—kinda like a barley wine but not raisiny/nutty. Bit sweet, get bitter orange, lotta malt and bread. Quite a punch. Interesting—much meatier than the popular juicy IIPA’s
